Candidate refer to the person with whom You intend to be tested with a coding challenge service performed by Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Full Refund refers to a complete refund and no more than 100% of your original purchase price.
Partial Refund refers to a partial refund of less than 100% of your original purchase price.
Website refers to Rails Test, accessible from https://railstest.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so, provided that You have not already invited a Candidate to be tested. Once you invite a Candidate, the Order is considered to be processed and You may not receive a Full Refund.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
